One of the key services that ABRAC GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED is the study/evaluation of oil and gas fields. The idea is to locate the field, identify the drillable oil and gas reservoirs using various methods. We utilize the tools available to determine the optimum method to exploit the reservoir so as to have the highest possible recovery factor. After 2D or 3D seismic data have been acquired and processed, our team of Seismic Interpreters and Geophysicists, with the aid of Geographic and Petrel software, carry out an up-to-date interpretation of the processed seismic data in order to recognize the actual subsurface geological structure which has obvious value towards the exploitation of hydrocarbons. Depositional interrelationship of sediments, i.e., seismic stratigraphy, is identified. A map of the hydrocarbon location together with structural controls and fault implications is provided. The seismic and well data are integrated in the reservoir characterization and modeling. Our Team of Geophysicists and Geologists, with the aid of Petrel software, create models that are representative of the subsurface static reservoirs. Geological models are used to achieve accurate volume calculations and to test the effect of different depositional settings against observed data. Static geological modeling is a prerequisite to simulation and building of dynamic models. In order to simulate the dynamic behaviour of the reservoirs, the static model is imported into Eclipse software. The Material Balance is run before the Eclipse model with the available information. The output of the Material Balance provides further information for the running of the dynamic model in Eclipse. The output from simulation in Eclipse gives the following results:Key Services

It is believed that for proper Reservoir Management, a good record of reservoir parameters must be according to reservoirs, wells, and fields. The data will be utilized to know the behaviour of the reservoir. ABRAC GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED is offering the service of keeping a good record of the reservoir, wells, and field data. Another reason why reservoir data must be thoroughly kept is that reservoir behavior is unique. You cannot use the data of another reservoir to accurately predict the behavior of a particular reservoir. Keeping good reservoir data is necessary for the safety of surface facilities. A good record of reservoir facilities can easily indicate the oncoming production of oil with high sand, gas, and water rates.
High sand rates can easily cause a hole to be punched on the flow line of the string from the reservoir to the surface. We employ various software like Petrel, Eclipse, etc., to carry out the study.
We also employ Decline Curve analyses and Material Balance methods to predict the future production rates and reserves for oil and gas fields. An example is shown in the figure below.
Diagram illustrating Short Term Forecast.
After production through surface facilities for some time, it might be observed that the production rate of wells is decreasing. This may be due to the fact that the arrival pressure of the well has reduced. Therefore, the rate of fluid entry into the surface separator reduces accordingly. The reduced efficiency of surface facilities can also cause reduction in oil and gas production.
Another reason why the oil and gas production rate might reduce might be due to the perforations of the wells which are plugged due to skin effect.
ABRAC GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED provides the service to suggest solution to reduced oil and gas production.
Our team of engineers utilize the build-up analyses to determine the permeability and production potential of reservoirs. Sapphire software is utilized to analyse well tests.
Downhole pressure analyses are employed to know the connectivity of different compartments of reservoir layers. An example is shown in the graph below.

ABRAC GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED is also involved in the training of fresh graduates that are newly employed in the oil industry. It is our belief, based on the 30 years of oil industry experience of our chairman, that every fresh graduate who wants to work in the oil and gas industry should first be familiar with the facilities in the oil industry. The knowledge of some basic technical terms in the oil industry is essential for proper communication with colleagues in the industry.
We take fresh graduates through the journey of finding oil until the crude is available for export at the oil terminal. The graduates are taught basic seismic knowledge. The skill of geological mapping of reservoirs is taught. The configuration of surface facilities, the laying of flow lines, and pipelines for oil production and export are also covered.
The oil and gas production challenges will be presented to the candidates. The graduates are made to get familiar with the reasons why one reservoir may require gas or water injection for optimum exploitation of oil and gas reserves. The basic principles of drilling and working over an oil and gas well are taught.
The training provided to the graduates will give them enough confidence to face the challenges of carrying out their duties in the oil and gas industry.
The prevention of accidents on all work sites and in office facilities that result in injury or illness to employees, interruption of operation, or damage to equipment or property is of great importance to the company.
All reasonable and practicable actions will be taken to establish, monitor, and maintain safety and healthy working conditions in all facilities in accordance with all statutory and client requirements. All company facilities will have a defined safety plan. The plans will be constantly evaluated to ensure continuous improvement in safety performance.
Therefore, the management of ABRAC GLOBAL RESOURCES LIMITED is committed to executing its operations in such a manner as to achieve and sustain a high standard of protection of life and property through the following measures:
